Current routine

I’ve been ‘trying’ to do the Pxx90xxx program only because it seemed to be close enough to the work out I used to do at the old gym but it’s hard. Not so much physically (yeah, it is) but mentally.

I find the most difficult thing is to get in the mindset.  I have goals. I have desire. I have ambition but maybe not enough?

Trying to find another gym similiar to what I had, need a cardio boxing class with heavy bags. 30 minutes on bag, 30 minutes in ‘padded’ room which was basically either upper body, abs or lower body. We used medicine balls and it really kicked our butts. But the results were terrific. I can’t find our trainer (hello Alberto? You out there?) … otherwise I’d consider hiring him to do personal training.

My other favorite activities include: boxing, cardio, boating, fishing, gardening.

need a buddy system I suppose, my gym, The Cage closed down end of February & all that hard work went south with gravity.
